Hi Tiffanie,

Sites other than Weight Watchers are not allowed to list point values. I would suggest you contact them directly to get those points.

Cecelia,

Remember that the 50 pounds didn't come on over night and they won't be gone over night. It is all a process of taking in less calories than we burn. Long term weight loss takes time. One thing that helps me is to picture a pound of hamburger or butter. When I lose a pound, I think of that much fat gone from my body.

Hi Cecelia,

Weight Watchers is a great tool to lose weight and has a proven track record. Many good things are not easy, but just think of how you will feel when those pounds start melting away. Sacrifice for the present is worth the future reward. Hang in there! You can do it!

Can anyone offer a bit of motivation, I would like to lose at least 50lbs. So far this website has been very helpful.

Hey I just started yesterday it is not easy but I am trying to stay motivated.

Bad news on the nutrition front for Buffalo Wild Wings. Seems they do not provide nutritional information for items on their menu. Not calories, carbs, sodium, Weight Watchers points--nothing.
