Hi Karen,

Thanks for stopping by to share a dose of inspiration with the rest of our readers. How much weight have you lost on WW?

This is the best control of calories, and the WW foods are excellent. I would recommend this to anyone. I think the key is to volumize the vegetables and salads with the entrees. This gives a full feeling. And drink lots of water. This is the best. Try it!

Hi Angelina,

You can always talk to your doctor for his advice on what to eat to lose weight. The basic idea is to take in less calories than you burn. Here are some other articles to give you more information:

Hi Linda,

That's awesome! Weight Watchers has helped sooo many people to lose their unwanted weight. Thanks for dropping in and letting us know about your progress, and be sure to stop back and keep us posted. Congratulations!

Hi Pamela,

That's great news. I don't know if that was your final goal or an intermediate goal but losing 10 pounds not only looks good but makes you feel better too! Congratulations.

Congrats on your success Tonya! There are so many diet plans, it is hard to say what will work best for each individual. I'm glad you found a plan that works for you.

p.s.

walking is also a great tool as well, that and and some type of aerobics 3 times a week or just some light strength training with 2-3 pound weights will help with the flab, you dont have to kill yourself, just start with a 1/2 to 1 mile and work up each week until you reach your desired distance and once or twice a month do something different to help keep your body from hitting plateous, the aerobics 2-3 times a week also helps that too, and also once a week or every 2 weeks eat something different it also helps, make sure its still healthy, but remember to be consistant, ( eating the same kind of things everyday) like if you usually eat a turkey sandwich at lunch, if you go out, have a grilled chicken sandwich on a wheat bun

i have lost over 90 pounds with weight watchers, it is the only thing that has ever worked for me and many others, so why do a lot, not all, doctors want to say it wont work for weight loss, it is just for maintence? i have been swayed away from the program twice, only to fail and starve, but i am getting back on it and lose the rest of the weight.

My husband was on Weightwatchers diet in '86 and easily lost 8 kilos. He wishes to go back onto the same diet as it was very sucessfull and easy for him. The new points system is not working. Do you have copies of your old system, so that he can follow that again, we have moved twice and lost the original log book.

Regards

Renee
