Hi Kent,
Don't forget that milk contains lactose (milk sugar). It is the primary carbohydrate in cow's milk.

Why not begin with raw milk (if you can find it) Your body has been dealing fine with the fat from your own body. I do not see the rationale for just boom, going back to sugar.

It's always a good idea to gently go off a fast. Fresh juices are a good option. Adding vitamins to your water sounds like a good idea, but how long are you fasting? I'm not a big proponent of long water fasts.

-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI and my wife have water fasted for 25 years. After we break the fast, we have a lot of cramps. To overcame the problem we drink a grapefruit juice or orange juice in the morning and a vegetable juice in the evening. Also we dissolve multi vitamins and minerals in the water for drinking. That overcame the problem. What do you think of that?
