Allowed Foods include:

Fiber-rich foods with a high moisture content including mostly fresh fruits and:

High water content vegetables like:

  • tomatoes
  • broccoli
  • greens

Whole grains:

  • pasta
  • rice
  • breads
  • cereals

Other allowed foods include:

  • soups
  • salads
  • low-fat poultry
  • seafood
  • meats
  • dairy

Moderate amounts of sugar and alcohol are also allowed.
