Donna
It is good effort to describe problems related with diet.
Hi Stfucharoo,
If you want to lose weight I suggest you stay away from McDonalds as well as other fast food restaurants.
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladHow could a diet work if there is McDonalds in it?
I don't think it's possible.
-- Contributed by: stfucharooHi Angelica,
Wellspring Retreats has three retreats coming up before the end of the year. You can find the details here. Enjoy!
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladHi, I like the zone a lot, even missing bread and cookies. I'm looking for a camp where i can be coached on the zone for a week like a spa. Thx
Regards
-- Contributed by: ANGELICAHi Shelly,
This is only one diet. There are plenty out there to choose from. Here are a few articles to get you started as you search for the diet that is right for you:

-- Contributed by: Kathleen RobertsHi I'd like to email more as I have been on particular food plan forever and want to make a change. Are you open to discussions, etc?
-- Contributed by: oceanaIt is wonderful that you have found success with this diet, as have many other people. However, many people may find it extreme and therefore difficult to stay on for an extended period of time. The writer showed a balance of the pros and cons.
It would be irresponsible not to warn people of possible problems with this or any other diet, and this diet is not for everyone. The best advice is to consult a doctor before starting any diet plan.
-- Contributed by: Kathleen RobertsI don't know what planet the author of this is from, but apparently the inhabitants are made up of lying skeptics. I have been on the Zone diet for a year, and lost over a hundred pounds. The diet is not extreme. I don't even consider it a diet. I plan to stay on it the rest of my life. It is enjoyable and easy. Perhaps the author ought to quit writing lying psuedo reviews and actually try the thing before trying to scare people off. Or would whoever is subsidizing them cut off the cash?
