Perhaps they've changed sweeteners. I just checked and still see the ingredients listed as:
Natural oat, palm oil, artificial vanilla flavor, sweetener, aspartame (Phenylalanine) and beta carotene color.

-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI want to know more about the aspartame ingredient. The SlimShots I bought yesterday did not have aspartame, but rather sucralose (Splenda). Aspartame gives me headaches.

I looked around to see what others are saying and I see that stomach cramps are not unusual. However, one person said they were as a result of eating too much and that they would feel discomfort until the food was through their system.
I'm with you though. If it made me feel like that, I wouldn't take it.

-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI bought this product thinking that it would help me lose the last ten pounds that I have been trying to lose for awhile and at first I liked the taste but after taking it four times I started to have bad cramps and felt ill so I threw the rest away. I would not purchase this product again, sorry.
-- Contributed by: cindyHi Kimmie,
Please keep us informed. I'd like to hear how they work for you.

-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI just started my shots and so far I'm not as hungry. I am going through menopause and I put on about 65 lbs. I work the night shift and I hustle all night so this is going to be my first night doing the shots but so far AAA.
-- Contributed by: kimmieHi Beachbaby,
I've not tried it, but some people are more sensitive than others to various ingredients. For example, if I take something that says, "May cause drowsiness," for me it might as well be labeled "sleeping aid."

-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI took my first "shot" this morning and felt very jittery, despite the products claims that it will not cause this. Wondering if anyone else had similar side effects?
