Hi Melinda,

Some people love not only the taste, but the fact that they don't have to prepare meals from scratch. Others, however, like to make their own meals so that they can control the taste. In fact, I know someone who is a whiz and tweaking recipes so that she can eat more for fewer calories.

My husband and I tried it, but the food taste horrible. Surely they could make the meals more appealing.

There is accountablilty with NS. They have a GREAT online community with alot of wonderful people. Also you can e-mail or call a counselor andytime. No there are not centers to go to and report to a person face to face but in my personal experience I would rather be in the privacy of my own home rather out in public at a center fo all to know my eight loss business. Weight loss is a personal thing. Anyway I LOVE NS I have had GREAT success with the program.
