Hi Becca,

In phase 1 of the South Beach Diet the foods listed to enjoy, include: lean beef, skinless white chicken, fish and shellfish, fat-free or low-fat cheese, nuts, egg whites, tofu, olive oil. So you can have two eggs, just eliminate the yolk.

How about portion sizes? I know there's no limit, but may I have 2 eggs for breakfast or is a portion supposed to be one ege. Thanks so much
