Hi JD,
You are contacting LoveToKnow Diet, not McDonalds. I suggest you contact them directly with your request.
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladPlease put your sugar free coffee in all McDonalds. I love your vanilla iced coffee, but would love it if my McDonalds offered it sugar free as you advertise.

I find no information to confirm MSG in MacDonald's coffee. It seems most unlikely since the this ingredient's main purpose is to enhance the taste of food and the sweetness of various diet products
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI just read that McDonalds has MSG in it's Coffee. Is this really true?

I took a look at the ingredients to see if that would help.
Premium Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken: Grilled Chicken Breast Filet, Salad Mix, Southwest Vegetable Blend, Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese, Cilantro Lime Glaze, Chili Lime Tortilla Strips, Lime
Premium Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken: Grilled Chicken Breast Filet, Salad Mix, Grape Tomatoes, Shredded Parmesan Cheese
If the amounts of cheese are equal, they are about the same in calories. The tortilla strips would add some, so the only other thing I can think of that would bring up the calorie count is the Southwest Vegetable Blend.
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI love the Soutwest Grilled Chicken Salad and I am wondering why does this one have more calories than the Caesar Grilled Chicken Salad.
-- Contributed by: leona SchneiderMcDonalds has been reducing its use of trans-fats, and in May of 2007 announced that it would be using trans-fat free oil to fry foods at all of its locations in the United States.
