Congratulations on losing weight and keeping it off. The low carb diet works for you because you let it transform your eating habits instead of tolerating them for a time. Way to go.

I did the low carb diet almost 4yrs ago and lost 68lbs in 8 months. I feel great and it has really helped me change the way I eat. I eat carbs now (in moderation) and have kept all the weight off.

Hi Felton,

The thing that has helped me get on track with my diet is when I learned my BMI and where it placed me on the risk scale. I still have my days when I want to eat junk, but for the most part I remember seeing that scale telling me I needed to change.

i have diabetes and have to lose 100lbs on low carb or no carb diet But the simple and conplex carbs get me confused --- now i have some idea of what is what THANKS NOW IF I GOT THE WILL POWER I'LL MAKE IT
