This really is a fad diet. It will help you lose weight, but it isn't balanced and for the long term it isn't satisfying. In my opinion, you'd be better off counting calories or carbs which will allow you a larger selection of foods.

I still think it has to do with the sugar content.
- 1 cup of cottage cheese has 0.328 g
- 1 cup of 2% milk has 12.346 g
Cottage cheese(it's made from milk) and some of the veggies on the list do contain carbs as well, so I'd say it's alright to drink milk if you cut down on other carb sources (e.g. ketchup, fruit salad).

I've searched and do not see milk or other fruits listed on this diet. Perhaps because they contain sugar.

Remember this is a short term diet. Many even call it a fad diet. It is not designed as a lifestyle change but instead it is to be a jump start to your weight loss plan. Dairy other than cottage cheese and butter is not allowed.

p.s this will hep me alot is it ok to put suger on you 1/2 of grapefruit and should we exersize ?
