That's a very good question. Some fruits are allowed. You can few the list here. Unfortunately, when you have to follow a specific diet due to a health conditions your choices are limited. In such a case, I think supplements will help to get the nutrients you need. However, even when you take supplements you must check the ingredients first.
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladWhat about the lack of antioxidants a diet free of fruits and vegetables would cause? Do you supplement or are all anti-oxidants full of salicylates?
-- Contributed by: JenJenHi Clare,
Thanks for visiting LoveToKnow Diet and your encouraging words.
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladThank you very much for your article on salicylate sensitivity. It is no doubt a lifesaver for those who have trouble with this issue. Most doctors don't have a clue concerning salicylate sensitivity.
