Hi Mine,

I don't know how much you currently weigh. For many people 30 pounds in five months is a realistic goal. If you eat right and exercise, you can lose about two pounds a week realistically and at the start you often drop more than that which would put you probably around 25 pounds. Maybe kick up your activity level and you'll be able to do it. The key is to burn more calories that you eat, but to eat enough calories for optimum energy and health.
