In our daily routine we take a lot of food which burns fat... like peppers, water, lemons, tea, coffee etc., and this is a good way to help everyone understand how they reduce their weight. I like your site. Keep it up.

Eating a healthy diet and finding time to exercise, even if it's only 30 minutes a day, will help you to slim down and lose your baby weight. Choose aerobic exercise that pumps up your heart rate and improves your metabolism. By forcing your body to expend energy your will re-direct the way your body processes the food you eat.

How and where our bodies store or lose fat is determined by genetics. Improving your diet and exercise program helps to lose overall body fat and while it looks like fat comes off around your hips first it is really coming off all over your body. Your waist will slim down it just happens that you carry more fat there. Fat stored at the waist can only be lost through proper diet and aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise helps burn the fat directly.

I think this will help me a lot especially that I just gave birth 3 months ago and my body is still big. This will be a great help to me in loosing my weight.
