-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladHere are a couple of exercises that are great for getting rid of the roll of fat over jeans. It can be difficult to get rid of that layer of fat, especially for women but it's far from impossible. Take a look at my blog InstantFeelGood and get started straight away.
Remember though, these exercises work best when mixed up with some great cardio. Sweating always works!

-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladHello,
I've had a muffin top now for a few years, sadly, and now I'll do anything to get rid of it for good. Now please understand I am thin, I eat well, and I exercise excessively, but I still can't seem to lose it! What about the people like me? How are we suppose to be rid of our muffin top?

Stubborn fat no matter where it is can be discouraging, but there are exercises designed to tackle that back fat. You might try back extensions on an exercise ball. To do this exercise you lie with stomach on ball and keep your upper body and neck parallel to floor. With your hands behind your head put your feet a little more than shoulder width apart on floor behind you and then raise your upper body slowly and hold for 3 seconds. This is one repetition.

Be sure to design an abdominal workout in your strength training workout. Choose between 5 to 10 exercises that combine spinal flexing, rotation, and lateral flexing exercises. During these exercises support your head but train your head toward the ceiling. Don't force your chin towards your chest. Perform 8 repetitions of each exercise and every 2-3 weeks or so vary your workout. Attempt to do each contraction with quality of movement.
