Hi Linda,

All the variations are very low calorie as well as low carb, so depending on how many calories and carbs in your cracker my guess is that it would not be allowed. This is a fad diet though and not one that you would want to follow for any length of time.

Hi Ashley,

Wow! 10 pounds since Easter is substantial! Congratulations on your weight loss and upcoming marriage. What do you plan to do after that? Are you going to find an eating plan that helps you maintain your weight loss?

As everyone knows Easter just passed and for some reason I found myself eating a lot more eggs then normal. I ate nothing but grapefruit (my fav fruit anyway) and eggs. Next thing I knew, I lost 5 lbs in a week. This diet is easy if you love eggs and grapefruit, but most of all IT REALLY WORKS!!!!! I have lost to date 10lbs so far and hope to loose another 5 before I get married in a week.

I used the Air Force diet in the 70's and lost 17lbs in two week. I have seen it also called the Alpine ski diet.

Hi Joyce,

I looked around, but didn't find a hint of the Air Force Diet. I used to have a book for the Canadian Air Force Exercises that included diet tips, but it is out of print now.

I lost a lot of pounds when I first read about this diet and tried it. It was called the air force diet then. As I remember it was egg and grapefruit every breakfast and same for lunch and dinner you added a salad and later on vegetable soup and some where in here tomatoes. I cannot find that diet and would love to find it again.
