Hi Increase,

Underweight people want to know how to gain weight while so many others want to know how to lose it. We joke about giving our excess pounds to underweight friends, but it's not funny when you're the one trying to gain.

The thing is that each person is different and you will have to find what works for you. Counting calories can help you define a goal. Track how many calories you eat, and weigh yourself. If you are maintaining your weight then increase your calorie intake. Monitor in this way until you start to see your weight increase by 1/2 pound to 1 pound a week.

Someone told me about this certain diet from The American Heart Association. This diet included some type of soup you have to mix up that helps with detox. Could you please email me the information.
