The key to successful weighloss is alot of fruits, vegetables, legumes, salads and exercise 5 to 6 days a week for atleast 1 hr.. Dr. Oz is the best!!! Very informative & charasmatic.... He definetely knows his stuff!!!!

Dear Dr.Oz I`m Sara and live in Iraq, I have read about your new diet system, but there is a problem. I cannot pay fees to download it because there is no service of paying in this method in Iraq. We don`t have Visa card.

There's no time like the present to get started. Note that the first area to change is nutrition. Retraining your thoughts on what to eat and what not to eat is important if you want to be successful. But to make this work you'll have to have an exercise plan which should include:

  • Cardio
  • Strengthening
  • Toning
  • Stretching.

Zylenet is a potent natural weight loss product. Finding the right psychological and physiological motivation to losing weight is important to achieving a healthy, sustained weight loss. I'm glad to hear your daughter is working toward that goal. Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day plus exercising should lead to a loss of around one or two pounds per week. However, it's important not to cut calories to an unhealthy level either, because our bodies are designed to go into starvation mode and the metabolic rate will adjust to burn fewer calories and make it hard to continue to lose weight.

Kidney inflammation that occurs due to Lupus nephrits can be serious and may be a result of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Most often, kidney disease in those with lupus occurs within five years of diagnosis, and does not commonly develop in people who have had SLE for 10 years or longer. In all, about 50 percent of patients with SLE show evidence of lupus nephritis.

You'll want to check with your doctor regarding dietary recommendations, but usually recommendations include limiting:

  • protein
  • sodium
  • dietary fats
  • potassium

Along with these, some drugs, even over the counter drugs like ibuprofen, should be avoided because they affect kidney function. Your doctor will be able to offer specifics related to your medical history.

My daughter is taking Zylene for weight loss and to date, has lost 3 lbs in a week. This is with exercise also. She's been unable to lose with just exercise and diet until now.

Could this product be harmful in long term, or even short term, use?
