I'm having bloating, sharp pains in right side, constipation, chills, am on antibiotics now.

Hi Constance,

Today, a few doctors still recommend a restricting nuts and seeds but most simply recommend staying well-hydrated and getting enough fiber, so that constipation doesn't occur. Check with your doctor to see what he recommends for you.
