Hi Cynthia,
When we put weight on, it happens a little at a time and that is the best way to take it off, too. If you're eating fairly healthy but are too heavy, that means you're eating too much. Write down what you eat for about three days. Then using a calorie calculator, figure our how many calories you're eating a day. Drop this amount by 500 calories a day and you will lose about one pound a week. Add some exercise and you will speed up your weight loss. Does that make sense? Let me know if you have any questions.
