Thanks for stopping by LoveToKnow Diet. The taste of curly fried every now and then can be "worth it" but if you eat them regularly, the side effects are sure to catch up with your body.

I'm happy to know you found this helpful. It is true that often number of calories doesn't really equate to a full understanding of what we are doing to our bodies with choices we make. Portion control helps to minimize the effect of starchy food on blood glucose levels.
