I am on the Smart For Life program and i really like the cookies. Obviously it is a good for you cookie so no it does not taste like a Oreo. They also offer chocolate and orange cranberry muffins. They are very yummy. I have been very successful in keeping the weight off. This program changed my life. They have all kinds of products. The website has a lot of info check them out!

These foods have been around since 1975, if they were really nasty I don't think they would be successful.
