You name it. It also works if you take a teaspoon of meted coconut oil and use it as mouth wash. It whitens teeth and gets ride of harmful bacteria.

For this diet, note that it should be extra virgin coconut oil, other wise it doesnt work.

Hi Jo,

You can find coconut oil for around $5.00 for 5 oz. It also comes in capsules which you can buy at varying prices depending on which retailer you use.
