Hi Coala,

According to the diet, no. However, I suggest you find a healthier diet that provides your body with more calories. The answer to losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume, not to starve yourself. Go eat something healthy!

I find day five particularly difficult. Is there anything I can eat for breakfast and additionnally to the meat, tomatoes and soup? I am starving and the soup does not calm the hunger...

Hi Katherine,

Have you lost weight following this diet?

Thanks, Donna! I also switched Brown rice and second Beef days. Honetsly, I don't think its allowed, but its just much more convenient for me this way. I wonder if it will matter, but I will not find out I guess.

Hi Katherine,

Broiled or baked skinless chicken may be substituted for the beef so eating both doesn't seem to be a problem. I'm not sure about fish as it is not mentioned within their guidelines.

I was wondering: can I eat chicken during the day and beef for dinner on days 5 & 6? Mix it up sort of. Its a good variety, and I don't see how it could be a problem (or even fish) Chicken and Fish have even less calories.

thanks!!!
