Hi Deanna,

You're right...people who have weight to lose need to want to lose weight and believe they can lose weight. Unfortunately, if they don't have a plan to follow it's very easy for their eating to get sabotaged by circumstances of life like birthday parties, going out to eat, and pot luck dinners. The first step is to decide on the diet plan to follow. The second is to help support them.

I know people that want to lose weight but they aren't believing and trying as hard as I think they can, I know she can do it if she just tries, and I want to learn how I can help her! Please Help ME!

Hi Pader,

That's the first step in losing weight. Most people don't begin to realize how many calories they take in versus how many calories they should take in. Learning to cut back and eat reasonably combined with exercise is the key to losing weight.

Need to watch what i eat and how much i should eat, not over eat so much.
