I just paid shipping charges to receive only the trial on 6/01/09 of the express berry and the top body cleanse. Now today I noticed you guys two charges to my chase credit card on 06/12/09. One for $87.13 (transaction # 75260999165064865086620) and the other for $78.53 (transaction 5260999165064864352700). I need you guys to refund my money ASAP.

I didn't enroll to any program. I need and answer now.

There are a number of acai related companies that do this, so each one will have its own phone number. Thanks for sharing your experience. I hope it helps others.

You have to call and cancel the order right after you place your order. I ordered the acai berry and called the 1-800 number and immediately canceled. I still received my free trial and my acct was not charged the 87.00 fee. They will continue to take that out until you call and cancel. The number I had to call was 1-866-949-0138

Hi Kaelyn,

That is terrible. The same thing happened to a friend of mine and when she read the terms and conditions it was right there in black and white. That's why we included that warning in this and other articles on acai.

DO NOT TRY THIS PRODUCT ONLINE!!! I GOT CHARGED 87.00 FOR THE FREE TRIAL!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. I AM VERY UPSET AND WOULD LIKE SOME ANSWERS. NOW WHERE THE HELL IS THE PHONE NUMBER ON THIS WEBSITE.
