Hi Kassi,
You should walk or some similar exercise for at least 30 minutes to an hour five days a week.

-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI am 13, 4'10 and I weigh 116 pounds. I've increased a lot of weight now that school has been in session. But since summer is comming up, and I bought this reeeeaaly cute bikini but I'm afraid to show it off! I have a lot of fat on my lower stomach, around my midsection, and a little on my thighs. I'm really commited to a diet plan its just, I NEED A DIET PLAN TO FOLLOW(: Do you have tips or a one week diet plan?
-- Contributed by: MizukaHi Angel,
At 15 you are still growing, so it's important to eat healthy and exercise. You might want to try a 1500 Calorie Diet combined with exercise. The key is to burn more calories that you eat. Try this and let me know how it goes.

-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI am 15, 5'2 and I weigh 145 lbs. I have a friend who is 15 also but 5'8 and weighs 160 lbs. We wanted to know a way to have results in losing weight! What can we do too loose the fat around our midsection and thighs? We really are willing to be committed to a exercise plan and diet?

First, it's important to realize that there are different body types. You may think that your tummy "looks fat" but in reality you look good. If you really do have toning to do, exercise really is the answer. Since you have a lack of time, one thing you might try is to concentrate on holding your stomach in to the count of ten and then releasing. Do this 10 times throughout the day and it can help make a difference. You can do it while in the car, kitchen, work...anywhere.
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladI am 5'2 and I weigh 94. They say I'm very thin, but I think I'm fat because I don't have a flat tummy. My lower stomach is kinda big. What can I do? I don't really have time for sit ups and I can't diet cause I'm already too thin. My only problem is my belly. What can I do? I really want to wear a bikini but my tummy is big.

It's hard to say what is the best diet for you personally--for that I'd recommend talking with your health care professional because they know your medical history.
In general, I'd suggest not worrying so much about dieting as I would making healthy food choices. Avoid things fried or loaded with sugar and be sure to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes five days a week.
If you're really set on a diet, take a look at these links to see if any of them work with your lifestyle and family life:

-- Contributed by: CristalI want to loose on my thighs and waste. Please help me out.
-- Contributed by: haseenaHi Sola,
I think you've identified part of the problem. You've changed your lifestyle and along with that you may have changed what you eat, or how much you eat along with when you eat.
When you eat is not as important as what and how much you eat because that determines how much fuel your body has to burn. If you are inactive then any unused fuel will be stored as body fat. To counter the problem, get out and exercise and limit your calories so they are less than you expend and you will lose weight.
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladHi, at the moment I am in France, but when I got here I weighed 130 pounds and now I way 160. I think this happened because here I eat at night and eating habits have changed. What can i do to lose the weight that I have gained??
-- Contributed by: solaHi Stefanie,
Unfortunately, losing fat does not tend to be easy. It takes consistency in diet and exercise. You might want to try measuring your waist and lower abdomen at the start of the month, follow your diet and exercise regularly and then measure at the end of the month. Sometimes the inches lost can show progress more than the scale.
-- Contributed by: Donna SundbladHi! all my fat tends to be at the bbottom of my back and stomach. I have alittle bit of love handles, and i hate wearing jeans because it bunches the fat up. whats an easy way to lose the weight i have?

Successful long-term weight loss takes both healthy eating choices and exercise. You may want to join a weight management group like Weight Watchers to help you learn successful methods to guide on your weight loss journey. Such groups provide support and can answer your specific questions.
