Wishes can come true if you follow steps to help you achieve them. I suggest you avoid fad diets, and instead, choose a plan that's balanced. It takes a little longer to achieve results, but long-term the results last.

I have started my low carb diet again after gaining too much weight. I do well on this if I can stay on if for the first few weeks then it is smooth sailing

Hi Tesia,

You've made the first step which is a hard one. You admit you're overweight and need help. Weight gain doesn't happen over night and weight loss takes time too. Make changes in what you eat by choosing healthful foods and start to exercise. Walking does wonders. If you don't know where to start, you should check with your doctor and see what he recommends.
