Overeating any foods is not good. If you want to lose weight, you'll still need to eat less calories than you burn.

Hi Veda,

The list provided in this article is a good start for you, but I also recommend adding exercise to healthier eating. If you really want to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you eat. If you burn the same about as you eat, you stay the same, and if you eat more than you burn, you'll gain weight.
