  • Five Bean Casserole
  • Lentils with Vegetables and Beef
  • Chicken Pasta Parmesan

Besides these options and the many others, you can also purchase variety packs that contain several entrees each. Prices for individual entrees range from $3.75 to $5.50. Dr. Lieberman suggests using specially designed supplements for the best results. These supplements can be purchased by the bottle or by the case. You decide which supplements will best fit your needs:
