Wow Vikki that is great. Congratulations on your progress. It sounds like you are really staying on track with your diet. As long as you continue to eat healthy and walk you should have no problem with maintaining your weight. It is just important to remember that even thought you are not trying to lose weight anymore; you still want to eat healthy foods, drink your water, and exercise to stay healthy and fit. Congratulations! You look great! |

Wow Vikki, 31 pounds is great. I’ll be weighing this week to see where I stand before I start October! My problem is consistency. I’m motivated and then all the social goings-on tend to overwhelm me. I’m considering the No S Diet. It’s basically no seconds, no snacks, no sweets except on days that start with S and that includes “special days” like holidays and birthdays. Donna |
