The HMR Heathy Solutions at-home plan will cost you $180 for three weeks worth of dieting. With weight loss coaching, you're expected to lose about 23 pounds in 12 weeks with this at-home plan, which means expect to lose about 2 pounds per week. This rate of weight loss is a safer bet than what's expected with VLCDs, and it is okay to do on your own without medical supervision.
